Effective March 1, 2010 Allied National is announcing new rates for Dental Design.  These rates reflect a reduction of rates in many areas.  We think that you will find the new rates very competitive for you Employer Paid groups.  Check out these rates for groups in your area code of .

For a group of 5 to 9 employees who have no current dental plan and providing a $1,000 max benefit and a 100/80/50 plan the new rates are:
Employee Only $
Employee Plus Spouse $
Employee Plus Child(ren) $
Full Family $

For a group of 5 to 9 employees with takeover and providing a $1,000 max benefit and a 100/80/50 plan the new rates are: 
Employee Only $
Employee Plus Spouse $
Employee Plus Child(ren) $
Full Family $

Remember that Dental Design offers:
  • Coverage for groups of 2 or more employees
  • Ortho for Children down to two employees
  • No ineligible industries.
  • Coverage for family groups
  • Annual max. benefits of $750, $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000.
  • Pays a 10% level commission
