How do you set yourself apart from your competition?

How do you differentiate yourself from the competition?

Do you have a Unique Selling Proposition?  Remember you offer your customers something only you can offer. That is your expertise and your knowledge.  You may not think it, but your customers consider you an expert and you are.

Remember that their is value to your customers.  Pride yourself in providing great service.  One company I know requires that their employees change their voice mail message frequently and indicate a time during the day when they will be returning phone calls.
