Our small group dental plans offer freedom, flexibility and outstanding value to groups of 2–99.
Dental Design combines unmatched preventive care benefits with right-priced rates that make it a plan that sells itself. If you have clients who are unsatisfied with "pre-paid" dental plans or restrictive PPOs, they’ll love this plan and the freedom to choose any dentist.

Allied Dental Design is available in all states except North Carolina and Washington.
cbg's CONFIDENT Dental is backed by the rock-solid underwriting of Transamerica Life Insurance Company. There are employer paid plans down to two lives and voluntary plans down to 5 participating lives or 25% of all eligible employees.
Basic Plan (In Network): 100/90/60, 80% R&C, $50 Annual Deductible, $1000 Maximum*

* The CONFIDENT Incentive PPO plan is not available in all states. We offer a passive PPO or an indemnity plan in those states where the Incentive PPO is not available.

When it comes to building a dental plan, one size doesn’t fit all. Flexident provides comprehensive dental plans or groups of two or more—and allows groups of five or more employees to select benefit options that meet their varying budgets and the needs of their employees.
All Flexident plans are available as preferred provider organization (PPO) or indemnity plans. Employees who choose to receive services from participating providers will incur lower out-of-pocket costs.
These groups can pick from the above options PLUS they can build the plan they want by customizing.

Groups with as few as two may now offer employees one of the most highly utilized benefits: group dental. The Select Trust Plus Dental product has no network restrictions and a calendar year maximum of $2,000 is available.
