CONFIDENT Dental

cbg's CONFIDENT Dental is backed by the rock-solid underwriting of United HealthCare Insurance Company (UHIC).

In today's dog-eat-dog group insurance market, cbg, in partnership with UHIC, is able to offer your customers the peace of mind that comes with a 12% cap on first-year renewals. In addition, for takeover groups with at least 10 enrolled employees, all waiting periods are waived for current and new hires.

Group CONFIDENT UHIC Dental Plan

Basic Plan (In Network): 100/90/60, 80% R&C, $50 Annual Deductible, $1000 Maximum*

The following options may be available based on group size and contribution:

• $1250, 1500 or $2000 annual minimum
• Elimination of waiting periods
• Orthodontia $1000 or $1500 lifetime maximum
• Endodontics, Periodontics and Oral Surgery in basic
• 90% Reasonable and Customary
• $25 Deductible

* The CONFIDENT Incentive PPO plan is not available in all states. We offer a passive PPO or an indemnity plan in those states where the Incentive PPO is not available.
