ALLIED Dental Design

Our small group dental plans offer freedom, flexibility and outstanding value to groups of 2–99.

Dental Design combines unmatched preventive care benefits with right-priced rates that make it a plan that sells itself.  If you have clients who are unsatisfied with "pre-paid" dental plans or restrictive PPOs, they’ll love this plan and the freedom to choose any dentist.

  • No ineligible industries – family only groups acceptable
  • Fast, easy enrollment and guaranteed issue for qualified groups of two or more
  • Waiting period credits for takeover groups of all sizes
  • 12-month rate guarantee
  • Voluntary PPO network for extra savings with no penalties

Allied Dental Design is available in all states except North Carolina and Washington.

 

CONFIDENT Dental

cbg's CONFIDENT Dental is backed by the rock-solid underwriting of Transamerica Life Insurance Company.  There are employer paid plans down to two lives and voluntary plans down to 5 participating lives or 25% of all eligible employees.

Group CONFIDENT UHIC Dental Plan

Basic Plan (In Network): 100/90/60, 80% R&C, $50 Annual Deductible, $1000 Maximum*

The following options may be available based on group size and contribution:

  • $1250, 1500 or $2000 annual minimum
  • Elimination of waiting periods
  • Orthodontia $1000 or $1500 lifetime maximum
  • Endodontics, Periodontics and Oral Surgery in basic
  • 90% Reasonable and Customary
  • $25 Deductible

* The CONFIDENT Incentive PPO plan is not available in all states. We offer a passive PPO or an indemnity plan in those states where the Incentive PPO is not available.

IHC Flexident

Flexident makes it simple to complete an employee benefit package with dental coverage that can be customized to suit the business’ needs as well as the employee’s budget.

Whether a business is established and looking for a plan with specific features, or is offering employees dental insurance for the first time and seeking a less expensive option, the Flexident portfolio from The IHC Group offers straightforward, easy to understand benefits.

Flexibility

When it comes to building a dental plan, one size doesn’t fit all. Flexident provides comprehensive dental plans or groups of two or more—and allows groups of five or more employees to select benefit options that meet their varying budgets and the needs of their employees.

Choice

All Flexident plans are available as preferred provider organization (PPO) or indemnity plans. Employees who choose to receive services from participating providers will incur lower out-of-pocket costs.

Groups of two or more:

  • Choice of six standard plans
  • Plans with no waiting periods
  • Annual maximums up to $2,000

Groups of five or more:

These groups can pick from the above options PLUS they can build the plan they want by customizing.

Groups with as few as two may now offer employees one of the most highly utilized benefits: group dental. The Select Trust Plus Dental product has no network restrictions and a calendar year maximum of $2,000 is available.
