Multiflex is a comprehensive dental insurance plan created to offer you and your clients the protection and flexibility they need to maintain their winning smile.
This plan is available for those under age 65 and for those over age 65. Multiflex offers the following plans:
- CLASSIC 1500
- CLASSIC 2000
- CLASSIC SELECT 1500 (MAC-Maximum allowable charges out of network)
- CLASSIC SELECT 2000 (MAC-Maximum allowable charges out of network)
- POP ADVANTAGE (new for 2011) with no deductible and $500 per year maximum on
preventative and diagnostic only with discounts on basic and major services.

This product is available for online enrollment!
To obtain the link necessary to make this product available to your clients you will need to complete the following steps:
- Download contracting and appointment forms. Complete them, attach a copy of your license and E&O Coverage and send them to us via the address provided on the forms, or fax them to us at 913-945-4393 or scan and email them to us at sales at allied-brokerage.com
- Once you have been appointed we will provide you with a link with a unique id that identifies you as the agent on any application your clients complete.
- You will receive commissions on all policies issued as a result of your clients using this link to apply for the Multiflex Dental product.
