cbg's Voluntary Life and Disability are available as stand-alone benefits to groups with 10 or more eligible employees and a minimum of the greater of 10% participation or 5 enrolled lives. For more information, click on this button.
For an RFP click on this button no census is necessary
No employer contribution is required for Voluntary plans. A minimum of 10 lives – or 25 percent for Voluntary plans, whichever is greater – must participate in the plan. If groups are electing Voluntary Life coverage, 10 lives or 20 percent, whichever is greater, must participate.
Our Voluntary Life product offers choice, security and comfort to employees.
With our Voluntary Life product, you have the ability to structure benefit options around your clients’ needs. We offer guaranteed coverage up to $100,000 for employees under age 70 and coverage for spouses and children. Add our built-in Accelerated Death Benefit and Waiver of Premium, and you’ll be offering employers a valuable benefit.
