Kansas City Life Group Vision Plans

Kansas City Life understands that healthy eyes and clear vision are important.  They ahve partnered with Davis Vision to bring you a quality vision plan.  The plan offers benefits for eye examinations, eyeglasses or contacts.

Kansas City Life offers two Contributory/Voluntary plans. They are available to groups of 2 or more participating employees with not other participation requirement:

  • For information on the $10-$25 Co-Pay Plan .
  • For information on the $0 Co-Pay Plan .

Davis Vision network of providers has more than 30,000 service providers.  To locate a Preferred Providers and clicking on the "Members" site and entering the Client Code: 2834 in the Open Enrollment/Discount Plan seciton of the Member Site.

Agent commissions on these plans are a flat 10%.
